LeafPal ("we", "our", or "the app") is operated by DJUMP, MB, Klaipėda, Lithuania. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use LeafPal.

1. Information we collect

• Email address — account creation and authentication.
• Display name — shown inside the app on your profile.
• Plant care logs — the core of the service: watering history, care actions, notes.
• Plant data and settings — your custom schedules and care preferences.
• Push notification token — used only to deliver the reminders you opt into.
• Device information — anonymous analytics via Mixpanel, to improve the app.

2. What we do not collect

• No payment or credit card information. All payments are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) via RevenueCat.
• No third-party advertising, ad networks, advertising identifiers, or device fingerprinting.
• No contact list or clipboard access. No location data. No camera/photo access beyond what you explicitly upload.
• We do not sell, rent, or share your plant care data with anyone.

3. How we use your information

• To provide core functionality (tracking plants, watering schedules, care history).
• To authenticate your account and sync data across devices.
• To send the push notifications you've opted into.
• To analyse anonymous usage patterns and improve the experience.

4. Storage and security

Your data is stored using Supabase with row-level security — only you can access your own records. All traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Account isolation is enforced at the database layer.

5. Third-party services

• Supabase — authentication, database hosting, data storage with row-level security.
• RevenueCat — subscription and payment management (processes payments via Apple / Google).
• Mixpanel — anonymous usage analytics.
• Apple / Google — OAuth sign-in providers and payment processing.
• Resend — transactional email (e.g. launch notifications you opt into via the website).

6. Your rights

You may view, update, or delete your personal data at any time. You can delete your account directly within the app under Settings, which permanently removes all your plant care records and personal information. For any other request, write to start@djump.io.

7. Children's privacy

LeafPal is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information, contact us and we'll remove it.

8. Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all associated data is permanently deleted from our servers. Anonymous, aggregated analytics may be retained for product improvement.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Significant changes will be announced through the app or by updating the effective date above.
