Terms of service.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of LeafPal ("the app"), operated by DJUMP, MB, Klaipėda, Lithuania. By using the app, you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of the app
LeafPal is a plant care reminder app that helps you track watering schedules, log care actions, and keep your plants healthy. You may use the app for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
- Use the app for any purpose other than personal plant care.
- Reverse engineer, modify, or interfere with the app's functionality.
- Abuse the service with excessive or automated requests.
- Share your account credentials with others.
- Use the app to collect or store data about other individuals.
2. Accounts
You may create an account using email/password, Google, or Apple Sign In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity under it. You can delete your account at any time through the app's Settings, which permanently removes all your data.
3. Free and Premium plans
- Free: Track up to 5 plants with watering reminders and basic care logging.
- Premium ($2.99/month or $24.99/year): Unlimited plants, the full species catalogue, light/humidity tracking, full care history, schedule view, and detailed statistics.
- Premium subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's subscription settings.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective policies.
4. Plant care disclaimer
LeafPal is a general plant care tool and does not provide professional horticultural advice. Watering schedules and care recommendations are general guidelines. Actual plant care needs vary by species, environment, and season. Consult a plant care professional for specialised guidance.
5. Intellectual property
LeafPal and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by DJUMP, MB. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the app without our written permission. Your plant data and personal records remain yours.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be available at all times, error-free, or that care recommendations will be perfectly accurate for every plant in every environment.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DJUMP, MB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including any plant health outcomes related to following or not following the app's care suggestions.
8. Privacy
Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information and plant care data.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by updating the effective date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Republic of Lithuania.
